I recently was in Annecy and rented a velo here. From the start the staff were so pleasant and nice. I was set up so quickly with my bike and the guy who was there helped me with route to take and where to stop for Hot chocolate along the way. The route around the lake is 37.5km from door to door with only 200d+ which is mainly within the first 10-15km and after that its smooth sailing. It's so beautiful even on a rainy day, to tour the whole lake. I absolutely loved it and for 4 hrs it was 18euro which is an incredible price. I had planned to rent a paddle board but was time limited (15 euro per hour). Strongly recommend here

My family and I had a great experience renting ebikes from them. It was easy to do everything online and the staff answered a bunch of my emails very promptly. The bikes were excellent and allowed us to tour the whole lake as a family. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, would highly recommend.

We had a fabulous time on the paddle boards. Staff were friendly, patient, and helpful. They also spoke English, which was super helpful to us!!

The people were great and the rental process was quick and easy.
