K2 Outdoor

On what looked like it was going to be our last dry day this trip, we called in to see if these guys had a couple of electric bikes we could rent. They didn’t have any big enough for me but as we were heading out to Ugine this time and it’s pretty flat we took normal bikes instead. The staff here are knowledgeable and helpful and the bikes were new and great. It’s about 19km into Ugine (and the same back funnily enough!) and there are some stunningly beautiful sections along the way, especially as the leaves are just beginning to turn.

This was our third time using K2 Outdoor, and I highly recommend them if you’re looking to rent a bike. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service and equipment provided. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring that you have everything needed. The rental process was smooth and efficient, making it quick and easy to get on the road. The bike was in top-notch condition - clean, well-maintained, and performed flawlessly throughout. Having a reliable bike made the experience even more enjoyable!

Hired two adult bikes and a dog trailer. Used the website to book and pay an hour before we wanted to go, which was very easy, the choice of bike and reasonable price was great. Turned up and everything was outside ready. Bike locks, helmets and a puncture repair kit provided. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bikes were a high quality and everything worked, the helmets weren’t smelly or sweaty as you would expect from hired safety gear. Had a great day cycling around the lake with our four legged friend in tow, literally.

We rented 2 bikes to do a lap around the Annecy Lake, we recieved a very clear explanation from K2 with alot of extra tips and viewpoints to visit along our ride which they marked on a map they gave us... Would highly recommend them if you're looking to rent a bike in the area!
