Smile-Ebike

I had the pleasure of dealing with Benjamin and his excellent, efficient team earlier this week. The bike I rented was perfect for mooching around the city of Montpellier and also, for the longer treks out to the coastline. The fact that they are open EVERY day is a rarity and very welcome indeed. The rental costs were very competitive but just to note, while the bikes are all brand new, reliable, very comfortable and come equipped with everything you might need for a leisurely spin, they are nonetheless priced accordingly so don’t expect any high-end models. The value for money is equally matched by their excellent 24*7 service, flexibility, and all round great value. Highly recommended 5 Stars👊

Very helpful and polite service. They gave me a good bike, told me the best roads and all that in Sunday. I had a whole-day rental, went to the far-most beach I could and made a 60 km ride. Thank you, Smile-Ebike.

Super ride!! I recommend anyone in Montpellier and of the weather is nice to rent here and go towards the beach! It is a wonderful ride. Place is easy to rent and very kind plus english is well spoken. Bravo you made our trip amazing

The staff were great and the premium e-bikes we rented were well maintained and easy to ride and provided all the boost we needed. The staff person who helped get us set up spoke far better English than our French and spent some time with us mapping out a route for us to ride. The one challenge was getting to their shop as, at the date of this review, Avenue Georges Clemenceau is under the construction of a new tram line and blocked off. Our GPS unit had us driving around in circles before we ended up parking about 500 metres away and walking to the store. Not Smile E-bikes fault, of course. Would highly recommend Smile e-bikes if you wanted to rent an e-bike in Montpellier.
