Alsa Cyclo Tours Kaysersberg

We had a wonderful experience at Alsa Cyclo Tours on our recent visit. The staff were so enthusiastic, patient and helpful in outfitting my family (my husband, myself, and our 3 kids ages 12, 10 and 6) with bikes to fit our needs (including a bike attachment for my youngest to ride/pedal attached to the back of my husband's bike). The half-day of cycling that we did on the Route des Vins was a highlight of our time in Alsace - next time we will allow time for a full day - or multiple days. Bonus that the staff spoke English and provided helmets. Definitely get the e-bikes - we are physically fit and fairly frequent bike riders but were grateful for the e-bikes for a more enjoyable day on the Route des Vins terrain.

We rented electric bikes for a full day, and the prices were reasonable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering great route suggestions and patiently assisting us with setting up the route in the Komoot app. Highly recommended!

The most amazing experience to ride bikes through the hills, vineyards and cutest towns in all of Europe. Highly recommend this company as they are professional (everything is better than advertised), informative, and beyond kind and understanding!!! Top notch!!!

Excellent experience renting an e-bike from here. They spoke excellent English, very friendly and had good advise about which route to take given my limited time and the bike itself was well maintained. The route was lovely, cycling through the vineyards and quaint little towns. A must do in Kaysersberg in my opinion. I was lucky to get a bike at the last minute (thanks to a cancellation), I would book ahead.
