Citibike Caen

I’m on a road trip/cycle trip and my brakes needed quick repairing as I would be leaving the same day to the next destination. I speak no French and that was no problem at this repair shop as there are employees that speak good English. They were able to fix my bike while I enjoyed a walk around the city center. Any foreign tourists in the area that need help with their bicycle, go to this place. Very good and if needed (and I’m nearby :-) I would definitely come back here.

Ich bin einfach nur begeistert. Mein Fahrrad hatte einen platten Reifen (noch dazu hinten) und ich dachte die Reparatur würde sich über Tage hinziehen. Nein - der nette junge Mann heute sagte das Fahrrad ist um 19.00 Uhr fertig. Wir dann : morgen? Nein , heute. Unglaublich! Urlaub gerettet und das Fahrrad war noch eher fertig und das zu einem unglaublich fairen Preis. Habt ihr etwas zu reparieren? Geht in diesen Shop. Fair, schnell und super nette Leute. Danke an den netten Mitarbeiter heute der mir mein Fahrrad so schnell repariert hat.

Achat de deux vélos dont je suis incroyablement contente. Grâce au choix proposé par le magasin, mais aussi et surtout , grâce à l'équipe de Citibike qui a su me conseiller. L'atelier reste disponible pour vous accueillir, les délais sont rapides et il y a toujours quelqu'un pour vous dépanner !
