We stopped by to see what information they had for our visit. They also rent bicycles, an audio tour, have walking tours, sell merchandise , and provide other tourist information. Most of the staff spoke English and were very helpful and friendly.

They have a very clear details for tourists and travellers, the must to do list and important places to visit. It also have a wide variety of souvenirs you can buy and also important memorabilias of the region. Tourism information office also has the money exchange where you can exchange most of the world currencies. I exchanged Singapore dollar, Hong Kong dollars and also British Pounds for a good rate. It is a perfect place for all tourism and travel kinda things in Rouen.
