What a fantastic service. Yesterday afternoon I snapped a rear derailleur cable so we phoned Tom just before he closed and explained the problem. He said we could take the bike in this morning, so we dropped the bike off at 10.30, asking Tom - who was so friendly and helpful - to replace the derailleur cable. At 3pm we received a call from Tom saying the job was completed. I couldn't believe how quickly Tom had got my bike up and running again. Great service and very reasonably priced. It was a pleasure dealing with Tom and we wish his business every success. Highly recommended 👍

Cycling the Canal de Deux Mers and reached Homps to find I had a puncture in the rear tyre of my electric bike. Tried to repair it with emergency foam, but didn’t work. Bigupcycling was the closest bike repair place but was 8km away. Phoned Tom who was amazing and came out to where we were staying and repaired it. Fantastic service, thank you so much Tom. Absolutely recommend this business

Excellent service. The owner managed to supply us with two e-bikes at very short notice. We had a great day along Canal de Midi. He even let leave our car in his garden while we were out for the day

Brilliant service! The staff picked up and collected our bikes for us, for only 90€ for the whole week!! They were also very friendly and helpful, they gave us a bike lock for free! They also spoke English to us when we struggled to speak French. Highly recommend! X
