Bouticycle Ferney-Voltaire

Had an issue with my tubeless wheels/Tyres getting pressure back into the front after flight… unfortunately a holiday in Geneva for the bike shops I tried so made short bus trip into France to this shop in Ferney… they were top class and well worth the visit, fixed my front wheel valve core which needed replaced and inflated both tyres to pressure. A ride saver and great shop if you’re in town… also purchased some energy bars/gels to try

I bought my road bike with bouticycle in 2020 and have been coming back for maintenance ever since. I found the service absolutely excellent! I recently had an issue and got it fixed at another bike store closer to me. But there, they didn’t tighten a cable correctly and it caused serious issues. I couldn’t fix it myself so I called bouticycle and they helped me right the next day. They are currently very booked but they were kind enough to get me in quickly, identified and fixed the problem within 20min. For me, this was really top customer service and makes the difference in choosing a bike store! (Needless to say, I won’t go back to the other one again)

Awesome shop. I was missing a seat post camp bolt after a flight from Geneva and they got me one and had me on my way immediately.

I came in last Friday (June 28) since I had stripped two of my stem faceplate bolts. Amaury was a big help and was able to find a replacement for one, and we managed to tighten the other. My go to bike store in Ferney.
