Château de Châtenay

What an amazing place! The beautiful garden en the relaxing pool were a big succes by my trip with boys 16, 18 en 19. They enjoyed the homemade cooked with local artisan products en tried new things they would never do at home. The diner was served by the host who was very kind en friendly on our own private terrace. We almost feel sorry that it was only for one night, during our trip to Spain. We definitely come back here another time!

Better late than never: We spent our summer last year in the chateau and everything was just lovely! The rooms are extraordinarily beautiful. The pool is luxurious and the home-cooked food with ingredients from the garden tasted so delicious. Christophe and Stephanie were very nice and welcoming, especially with our little daughter. She still speaks about her and Christophe feeding the fish... We hope we will come back very soon!! Thanks for this experience which we will never forget.

We didn't know what to expect when we booked online sight unseen, and we loved it. We stopped for the night on our way from southern France to Paris. The location is convenient to the motorway (A6) and yet completely quiet. We stayed in the Suite Blanche - a very large space serving as bedroom/living room/dining room plus a second bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchenette. The rooms were spotless clean and very comfortable. Our hosts were responsive, friendly and very accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast in our room, and the food was fresh and delicious with ingredients the owners chose from local farms. Overall we couldn't be happier with our stay and we will certainly stay again if we are in the area.

We spent two amazing nights here with our baby and toddler. Absolutely loved it. The hosts are so welcoming and were excellent with our children too. The pool was a perfect temperature and the gardens really beautiful. Dinner was very tasty too and great wine. We will definitely return!
