(la date et l'heure choisies n'ont pas d'importance, vous serez recontacté par le service client Vélo Company pour avoir confirmation d'un rendez-vous pour la remise en main propre de votre vélo de fonction)
2️⃣ - Choisissez le vélo souhaité sa taille, ainsi que la taille du casque🚲
3️⃣ - Saisissez vos coordonnées avec le mail professionnel et le matricule 🧑💻
4️⃣ - Validez et procédez à votre réservation 💳

Great experience today with my first gravel bike fit. Extremely educational and informative. After the fit, I went for a little cruise to the Meudon Forest and I could feel the positive adjustments immediately. Merci 🤩

This bike store is great because the staff is so friendly and helpful there. It was very easy to reserve a bike on their website and they gave some route ideas/instructions for my ride too. Sam, Diego, and Luis are all great guys and easy to chat with. I made my initial inquiry online on their web form and Sam (the owner) responded quickly with a WhatsApp voice message describing what my best option would be in order to pick up the bike just before the store closes the day before (Monday) my rental day (Tuesday) started, that way I could have it for an early morning ride. Lastly, Sam went above and beyond. I needed a helmet to use for my bike rental in Amsterdam the next day (since one wasn’t included with a different rental company there) and Sam was kind enough to let me use their helmet and return it 2 days later upon my return back to Paris. Top notch shop and would happily use them again! And they’ve got cool bike jerseys, bibs, and socks as well!

Unfotunately the weather turned on my trip and snow was forcasted in November with a freezing cold front. I wad certainly dissapointed to not be able to cylce from Paris to Versaille as I was really looking forward to it. I emailed Paris Bike Co and Samuel cancelled my reservation. I really appreciated their consideration and attention. I know in the future I will rent from them again. They were great in communication, meaurements for my rental and overral attitude. Thank you for your understanding. I will be back!!! Abbe S.

From start to finish, this was an incredible road bike rental experience. Sam was kind, helpful, friendly, and really went out of his way to make our rentals perfect. The bike I rented was a top notch road bike (cannondale supersix evo) worked great. Sam even provided us with an emergency flat kit in a saddle bag and bike pump. Highly recommend this shop! Will be coming back here if we are ever in Paris again.
