Excellent service, despite being extremely busy FBR made room for my late rental request. Delivered a high quality bike, on time and to perfect measurements and willing to make any adjustments on the morning of delivery. Collection was on time and everyone I dealt with were very friendly and accommodating. Will recommend and will 100% use again.

I rented a bike from FBR for Ironman 70.3 Luxembourg. These guys are so organized and great to work with. Their bikes are new or in great conditions. They were extremely helpful, especially Paul helped me several times to get the bike fitted before the race. Highly recommend them!

This is the second time I have rented from France Bike Rentals and have been super pleased. The bikes are high end, well tuned/cared for, shifted like a dream and fit perfectly with the measurements I provided. The first time, they delivered and picked up directly from a house we rented in Provence . Most recently they delivered to our hotel in Aix-En-Provence and a week later picked up at our hotel in Cannes, (where we rode to). They were reliable, on time and very very helpful. Responsive to my emails. A top notch outfit. When in France, I won't rent from anyone else. Thank you!

I rented a bike from FBR in May 2024 to ride Mont Ventoux and it was a very positive experience. The pre hire communication was good and they have a good selection of high spec bikes. The hire shop is located, literally on the route de Mont Ventoux, Bedoin - so you pick up your bike, exit left out of the car park and you are on your way to Ventoux. All the employees have a good level of English and are friendly and helpful and attentive, making sure the bike is set up the way you want. They do require payment ahead of the hire and also a deposit at the time of the hire (held on your account) of €500 - this is refunded/cancelled at the end of the hire period. The bike hire shop is really well stocked - in case you forget to pack anything crucial. For UK riders or anyone else tbh - couple of important FYI's: Remember to take appropriate clothing - it can be sunny & 23c at the base of Ventoux and only 05c or less at the summit - so take a wind jkt/Merino fleece for this or the descent. When I was there (23/05/24) both Bolt/Uber DO NOT operate out of Bedoin - so DO take the number of a local Taxi firm - I found out the hard way and was only saved by FBR phoning me a Taxi before they shut - Thank you guys - you totally saved me !!! There are no buses/trains to Bedoin - only accessible by Car/Taxi. Chateau Reynard is a great place to stop - good food & drink at reasonable prices. In short I would totally recommend FBR - Thank you guys.
