We've rented Gravel bikes for 2 days during our stay in Évora, and we could not be happier! The area is absolutely beautiful but what really made us happy, was the excellent help and service from Galacio Bikes. They fitted the bikes for us, helped with route inspiration (Strava, GPX) and made sure we had everything we needed before heading off. Honestly, the best bike rent experience we've ever had. Thank you very much! - great price/quality - amazing bikes (scott) - the best customer service

I have rented two bikes with Galacio. In the middle of the ride, at about 10km from Evora, my chain broke up. Galacio were fast enough to bring me a new bike with their van in less than 30 minutes, and we were able to continue our bike ride. This is an incredible place to ride, enjoy!

We were so impressed by Galacio's excellent customer service and great bikes for a very reasonable price. We paid the nominal extra charge for delivery to our lodging, which made the rental experience truly easy and pleasant. The bikes were top quality, the route suggestions very helpful. We were extremely happy with the experience and would love to rent from them again! We found the website a bit difficult to use but it was worth it -- the in person experience was fantastic.

Fantastic bike hire experience. Quick, efficient, and provided pedals (although I’d taken my own in case), small saddlebag with puncture essentials and offered to fit a Garmin mount if I needed. Asked if I wanted racy or more comfortable I opted for racy so had a lovely Scott Addict which was light and super to ride - especially after riding a heavy winter bike for months! I was asked if I needed any routes but had already planned some and before I left I scanned a QR code so had a number in my WhatsApp in case I had a problem. Thank you Carolino!
