Camping Sandaya Douce Quietude

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Majority of the staff super friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was nice though the staff were pushed we felt forgotten as did a few other tables that night. Love how we had a bathroom on our pitch which meant we didn't wait for showers and it was clean. Pitch was good size and staff regularly cleaned the pine needles the trees kept shedding. Location wise about 30 minute drive from St Raphael 15minutes from D'Agay beach. With a bus provided if you didn't want to use your car. On our revisit list.

I just wanted to say thank you to the camping and to the staff first of all. They were extremely polite and helpful. The accommodation was perfect and I really had a good time with my wife and 2 young daughters. I will cut to the chest. The restaurant was value for money with quality meals. The service was top. The comment i d like to make is the sign : restaurant fully booked at 8pm. The staff seemed limited and not able to cope with the campers although it was really reasonable most of the time. I was there every night so I was surprised people couldn't enjoy the only restaurant. Then the swimming pool, i was quite concerned about the tidy up and cleaning each night. Hair, empty plastic bottles, sweets on the floor are not really what I think should be left at in the morning. I called the staff asking to clean the swimming pool area but very little was done. Finally I d like to mention the showns and entertainment. The staff doing the animation was great and worked so hard but why only in French?? Clearly you can see that 30% of your camping is dutch, then a few English and german. Please adapt the shows in English or hybrid. I'm French but I live in London and my wife and kids are English. It was a common feeling. Please spend a tiny bit more on entertainments at night for everybody's benefit. Thanks

We (2 adults, two kids - 2+6 year) stayed in one of the apartments of the Residence building which is part of the whole camping complex. Very good choice, everything as expected from the description. Great team, clean, good vibe. We can just recommend it. Please bring something against the mosquitos. Otherwise sitting outside is a challenge. Advice to improve the experience: The towels could be exchanged free of charge if you stay for a week.

A little dissapointing as We have stayed here before and had asked for a quiet cottage away from the childrens area and pool and we were given a cottage that was further away from the pool etc.This time we again asked for a cottage away from any noise and pool. I reminded the receptionist again when we arrived that we had requested a quite cottage. We were told that the cottage allocated was in a quiet area but it wasn't and we can hear the entertainment each evening which is a little upsetting wgen you just want to sit outside your cottage and relax We also had 4 young lads in the cottage next door tgat were noisy on occasions. Value for money.. Good for families and couples.The chalets/ cottages could do with being a little bigger for more comfort but beds are comfortable. All amenities on site, shop, bar, restaurant and laundry room with washers and driers. Well situated to visit the region. On the whole a good site but they could do better if they listened to their customers.
