Fantastic service and people. We hired 3 ebikes and 3 gravel bikes. All worked excellently MERCI!

We came here today with our two dogs not thinking that we would actually be able to hire a bike with a carrier for them both. We were wrong!! This extremely helpful couple sorted us out with 2 carriers, even tempting the dogs in with tasty treats. The dogs had an absolute ball considering it was their first time ever being pulled along. They got out near Annecy and swam in the lake too-so sorry for the wet blanket! Thank you so much for your excellent service

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The bikes are very well maintained, comfortable with thier wide seats and look great, especially the cruisers. We hired a pair of electric cruisers and a baby trailer for a morning ride to Annecy old town. Its worth the extra cost for electric as the whole ride was a breeze and basically no effort. Access to the cycle path is easy. We also parked our car with them while we rode. Fantastic service and fast checkout.

Wonderful bike hire place, very friendly, listened to what I wanted and sorted me out with a reservation for the next morning with a gravel bike that received a couple of complements from fellow cyclists doing the loop. Arrived the next morning and bike was set up and ready for me, helped check everything was good and off I went. Brilliant loop of the lake and a great place to start and finish away from the crowds in Annecy. Also let me drop and run as I realised I left my phone in Talloires and had to drive round to get it (I got it back from the lovely boat hire people there!). Thank you, I’ll be back next year.
