I bought a Bergamont Horizon bike in September (20% discount or €679) to replace my VTC. I use it to go to work. I'm delighted with it. I was very well advised by LoÏc, attentive to needs, very competent on technical advice / morphology, adjustments etc. I just did the 1st free revision. The gears shifted less well. There was the derailleur to review. I was asked the right questions to understand my habits: my derailleur could rub when I parked it in a bike rail. I found my handlebars a little far away without thinking that my saddle could be moved forward! Fortunately the guys in the workshop know their job and have the right reflexes. I left delighted again!! I do not regret having invested in this super bike with no equivalent in the neighboring sports department store, value for money. Very good service, reliability in appointments/communication etc. Congratulations to the Culture Vélo team. I recommend!

I bought a superb full option road bike Nothing to say! For the equipment, the boss was able to guide me and advise me perfectly!!! The boss is very competent, very professional! Friendly team!
