We rented two electric bikes to explore the region. Everything was bookable online and with smartphone. The communication after booking was very good and tho the point (e-mail, phonecall and WhatsApp): the bikes were delivered by the kindest person, who spoke very good English and who provided us with tips, a short explanation of the working of the bikes and most of all: SO MUCH FRIENDLINESS AND ENTHOUSIASM! The bikes worked perfectly and the battery lasted forever in this hilly environment. A charger, a bag, a lock and a helmet were included. The bikes were adapted to our sizes. Overall: great value for your money! The service is beyond great!

Me, my husband and 2 kids ages 18 and 13 rented e bikes from Locovelo in Bayeux to visit the DDay sights. Phenomenal from start to finish! Very friendly staff in the shop, excellent e maps that were easy to follow. The roads we were directed to were mainly scenic bike baths and country roads. The bikes were sturdy and held their charge for 8 hours. A fantastic way to see beautiful Normandy and be able to get close to all the sights!

We rented eight e-bikes and rode the Omaha beach tour. The bikes worked perfectly and the route provided by Loc Velo was excellent. Mostly quiet roads and bike paths. The Normandy countryside is beautiful, and the American cemetery at Omaha beach is an unforgettable experience. We had the bikes delivered to Hotel Luxembourg and they were waiting for us when we arrived at 9am. The only bump we had was loading the navigation onto a phone. We got it working but it would have been more convenient if it was sent earlier so we could get it setup in advance. Overall a memorable and fun day. Highly recommend!
