After several frustrating experiences with my bike, which is less than a year old, I finally found the service and support I needed at La Boussole. Previously, I had recurring problems with the brakes, even after replacements and repairs, and I had already spent almost 50% of the price of my bike without solving the problem. This had caused me a lot of frustration and insecurity while riding. At La Boussole, the welcome was impeccable. I took my bike which had a slow puncture on the front tire. They explained to me in advance what could cause this and the costs of labor and any parts to be changed. Responsive, professional, I recommend their services. It is also possible to purchase bicycles and accessories on site.
