Great service from Denis who gave good advice about routes and went with us for the first bit to ensure all was well with the e bikes and we knew where we were going. Had a really enjoyable afternoon cycling - so much easier than normal bikes. Also liked the fact that there are so many cycle paths in France. Definitely recommend and good value.

Bike was perfect. Denis was super helpful showing me how the bike worked (I had never ridden an e-bike before). He delivered and picked up the bike from my hotel, it was all a perfect experience.

Denis was great. He looked after me and my wife Clare impeccably. We come from New Zealand so anytime you are doing things in another country the contracts look different. Denis was very patient with the questions! The bikes were fabulous. I am 69 and my wife 67 and we haven't ridden for 2 years. The seats were so comfortable we didn't even get a sore bum! The bikes were easy to ride, the gears and the power levels were intuitive, and the bikes were is very good condition. Having the bikes delivered and picked up from our accommodation was a great service. The return of the deposit was seamless. I could not recommend this company more highly.
