Very personal and helpful service including offering reasonable terms when we swapped to electric bikes to undertake longer journeys. The staff were keen to make sure we were happy and comfortable before we left the shop.

This is a fantastic service in every way! As well as offering a great rental service, I went in with a problem with my bike and Fifi was brilliant! He was caring and very competent! Top top service!👍🔥👏🏻

Nico and the guys are incredibly knowledgeable and super helpful. If you are coming to Basque they can rent you city, touring, and Ebikes. They had some very nice and well priced floor models. If you need work done they are the folks you want on your team. Bound to cover just a bit more ground.

We rented two e-bikes from this shop and rode them along the coast. It was really a great experience. The bikes were great, the price was reasonable. The staff were very friendly. We originally rented the bikes for one day, an extension at the conditions of the two-day rental was possible.
