We rented an electric mountain bike for a first try. Our very nice instructor presented us with his walk which I put for you on the cirkwi app for 25kms and 2 hours without stops...explanations on the nuts on the yellow stone and on the resurgence of the coly; And the barbastelle bat... It was a pleasure to discover the region with the group and the comments of our guide. To do on Saturday morning

Great area for mountain biking. I stopped at the mountain bike base to discuss the routes offered around Saint Amand de Coly. Great welcome, I came across a mountain bike enthusiast, really nice. I did the “orchids” hike, 40 km with 1000 d+. Well signposted route, I had put the track on my GPS and I found it on their website, this one is really well done. It's nice to come across spots like this. THANKS
