I took my wheel into Bicy’ Cool because of a puncture and the guys here couldn’t be friendlier more helpful and happy to help me out. Such a great attitude and I’ll definitely be back here for any bike repairs and also to rent bikes when I have guests staying. Thanks guys

A few days ago, I was passing through Lacanau-Océan on my way to Portugal by bike. My bike chain and front brake had already covered over 6,000 km, and I urgently needed to replace them. It was pure coincidence that I was riding along this particular road and came across the bike shop “Bicy`cool.” However, it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to me! Guilhem was in the shop, immediately recognized my predicament, and helped me with unfailing courtesy, kindness, understanding, and expertise when I needed it most. I certainly couldn't have managed it on my own without his help. When the job was done brilliantly and to my complete satisfaction, he opened the door for me, gave me an encouraging pat on the shoulder and a handshake, and sent me on my way. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Guilhem!
