Had a pretty stressful few days after a tyre blow out on my hire car. Still ended up getting the bike though, and this place saved my holiday. Super helpful staff, and just a great experience. The bike was a load of fun too, and got to do some amazing riding. Would highly recommend

This was my second year in a row coming to this magical town. Last year I used another bike hire service & it was such a hassle to get a bike to be frank. This year I tried BE21 & couldn’t be happier! Service was stellar & fast, they spoke great English, the bike rode nicely, prices were competitive, & returning was a breeze. I highly recommend this shop for your next borge d’ oisans trip! 🚵

Good bike shop, service was great and reasonably priced hire. Bikes themselves were of high quality and seemed pretty new. Had a problem with the Campagnolo gears. Struggled to get back into big ring, it was explained you needed to push the lever all the way across twice, which I thought I had. When he put it on the bike stand, changed it up straight away. I am used to Shamano, so rider error.
