A fantastic repair shop. They had all the parts available for a pretty unique brake repair and were quick to get my bike in. I'm on a 4000km trip, crossing the Pyrenees soon - and now I can do so confident my bike is up to the task. The price was extremely fair and the quality of work was very high. Merci Bouticycle - I really appreciate it!

This shop should be your first point of call for a service or any mechanical issues. When entering the store, you will be greeted, and the staff will make time to listen to your concerns. The staff are professional and friendly. My bicycle was serviced and had several issues resolved and now it feels brand new again. Excellent customer service and exceptional value for money. Oh, and they speak English.

As an avid cyclist visiting Bordeaux, I came across this store and had to have a look. The staff was very friendly, I don't think the person helping me spoke English, but I speak French so it wasn't an issue. I purchased a souvenir riding shirt and some quality discounted gloves. The bicycle selection ranged from family friendly to high end with a good selection of electric bicycles. Be mindful of store hours as most stores in this area close for lunch and reopen at 14:00.
