Called the day before for the next day, Valentin was available and went out of his way to find a child seat. He is responsive on the phone, and gave very good advice on the paths to follow or the addresses to recommend. Finally, he was very accommodating about the bike return schedule, which allowed us to have a great, stress-free day. We leave delighted, thank you!

After having rented several times from Coco Mobility, whether scooters or bicycles, I would like to say that the service has always been top notch, the scooters and bicycles are in perfect condition, I have never had any problem with them, and the team is very pleasant, always available to advise you and adapt to your needs! The experience is worth the detour and I will happily return for my future rentals!!

Excellent experience. Coco Mobility supports you throughout the process, from ordering to returning the scooter. Very very good customer service. You are never alone. And to get to the point, the scooters are great, ideal for 2 people. Certainly the best way to walk around Cap Ferret
