Great experience on a Saturday afternoon with quite a few people and yet lots of patience and kindness! And great advice for thinking about my purchase. After taking the time to try the bike in different sizes to be completely sure, and after taking stock with the manager, decision made and bike purchased! Delighted to have been so well supported in this decision!
