I came for a flat tire, I didn't know the store at all before. Before my visit I spoke to a technician by phone who gave great advice. He didn't know the brand of my bike, but he immediately did the research to be able to answer my questions. He was great. When I came to drop off my longtail bike, the support was perfect with once again very good advice. The monitoring and withdrawal were also top notch with adjustments that they made on their own initiative on small points of detail. The store is beautiful and modern, we feel that there is a lot of passion for the profession. Little more, I saw several customers pass by while I was there and they all met with a smile and good advice. I really recommend!

A Cyclable customer for 5 years, I can only emphasize their seriousness and professionalism. Added to this is real customer service, and the desire to always find an arrangement. I recommend the store without hesitation, and when a new purchase is on the agenda I already know where I will go!
