Hello, I would like to thank the entire Cycle & nature team in Villenave-D'ornon Bertrand and Guillaume. Having not purchased the BH iAerolight Bike from them, struggling as they do to get a result for my bike. Bike designed to do 185 km to date, I only do 80 km in echo. Unable to obtain results with the incompetent B H after-sales service which rather than replacing parts and carrying out tests to obtain good operation as advertised by the advertisers, allows themselves to use customers' bikes for their training and say that everything is fine. It's a shame that sellers like them can't get good compromises with B H after-sales service when there are problems. Before buying a BH bike, check with the dealers.
