Cycles Sud-Ouest

Cycles Sud-Ouest provided the cornerstone of a unique two-week vacation. I planned the itinerary based on my family's interests and abilities, and they helped to set us up beautifully. Communication was impeccable. The pricing was very reasonable, considering that there are other bike rental outfits charging way more. Oh, and the Canal de Garonne is so worth it. A national treasure. For kids with an electronic worldview, this is great introduction to a bigger geographic experience. Traveling on a bicycle provides direct experience of the scale of the world.

Took the opportunity to hire a few cycles and a e-bike to explore the beautiful countryside. Everyone was so helpful in selecting the bikes and where we should explore

Clare was wonderful from the start and ironed out the many wrinkles in our plan to bike from Bordeaux to Toulouse. She was super kind and extremely helpful. Our trip was all the better for her patience and time. It was nice to be able to call in at the shop and meet her (and the team) in person, putting a face to the many many emails we had inflicted on her! A wonderful business run by wonderful people. If you need to rent a bike for the Canal de Garonne from Bordeaux to Toulouse - this is the company to go with! Claire’s customer service, as well as the quality of the bikes were EXCELLENT!!!!!! She was also extremely accommodating when we had a last minute emergency and had to change our plans.
