While on holidays in Erdevan my wife's bike, a Lapierre, suffered a buckled wheel. We went to Cyclo Loisirs to see if they could repair the wheel. Unfortunately the wheel need replacement. Although there was no monetary gain, many phone calls were made on our behalf until a Lapierre dealer was contacted, in Quiberon, who was able to help. Top class support to someone who was not even a customer.

A great rental place with a good variety of bikes and especially bikes that work well. During our stay we rented three Dutch open frame electric bikes, they have a range of at least 120km and at maximum (25kmh without effort) around 80 km which is more than enough for this trip to all the most popular cities. close ones. Plus I noticed that the bikes are still incredibly light for bikes with so much battery. In addition, you will have the right to impeccable service! If every place had such impeccable service our planet would be a better place. Then, after the 7 days of rental we decided to take bikes again until the end of our stay. We were therefore able to test 2 other bikes just as good but those with a closed frame and 6 speed instead of the 3 (more than sufficient) on the Dutch bike with an open frame. I haven't yet been able to test the autonomy of the new bikes but on the 15 km on the way back to our house I didn't lose ⅕ of the battery! And in terms of speed, it is also there, if not faster.
