Family business like no other. Very warm welcome, smiling and dynamic. Makes himself available Listens to its customers, finds solutions to each problem with responsiveness. Came for several small problems without an appointment for my starway bike (broken lamp, damaged basket, broken spoke, etc.), they took the time to manage our problems. My husband also had a derailleur problem on his old bike from elsewhere and there too, despite their overload of work, they took the time to take our bike to the workshop (well done to the mechanic who did a fantastic job quickly 👏🏻). We left with our 2 bikes repaired and all that at no extra cost. We recommend this company for its professionalism, availability, welcome and know-how. THANK YOU.

I am completely satisfied with the service. David and his father are attentive, okay we bought two electric bikes from them but still. If you are looking for an electrically assisted bike I strongly advise you to look at the Starway brand, it is the ideal bike for everyone. Whether you are a beginner or experienced. I talk about it so much when I meet someone that I wonder if I shouldn't ask them for a commission.😁😁😁
