The guy working at Cyclo Surf helped to fix my old bike when I was visiting the island! He didn’t want to take any payment for this. I definitely recommend this shop in case you need help with bikes or if you are looking to rent one on the island.

We wanted to rent bikes from this gentleman but, victim of his success, there were no longer any bikes in my size (1.95). He therefore preferred to direct us to another rental company rather than renting us a bike that was not the right size. I, who know nothing about cycling, really appreciated this very honest advice. I will return to this rental company on my next stay on the Ile de Ré.
