We're a tour operator, operating throughout France. We needed some e-bikes in Normandy, and we found Bertrand at Cygne-Cycles. What a stroke of luck! Delivered and collected, beautiful bikes, light, but with a huge range, fast more than we needed (customers said 'the best e-bikes we've ridden'). Very fair price. Very practical thanks to the delivery of the bikes, the cygne cycles manager can travel wherever you want. Very good quality electric bike: light, comfortable, powerful motor and top battery life!!! We spent an excellent weekend in the Risle valley on the Vélo route, a “greenway” route, which is aptly named because it is very wooded and with very little traffic ✌️🚲🍀 I recommend 😀

Extremely friendly person. Relevant advice on the journey that I had not planned at all. A great time with a bike in perfect condition! Thank you for maintaining the equipment correctly, it's a joy to ride ;) Big plus: we were upgraded on arrival on the rented bike, it was a superior model which was made available to us at no extra cost! What more can I say... What are you waiting for to go cycling! Thank you kisses & see you again!
