Great experience cycle touring with this company. Everything from booking our tour to pickup of bikes in Blois to drop off in Tours was seamless. The response times were excellent, the equipment was very good quality, the staff very welcoming and the accommodations organised for us were wonderful. We wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Excellent bike shop. Good location and easy to find. Staff was very good and helpful. Rental bikes were excellent. We did have a flat tire and the repair kit wasn't the best, tire take off tool were made of thin plastic and just bent over and offered little help in removing the tire, air pump also was cheap, bring you own tire changing tools and travel pump.

Fantastic customer service. We reserved our bikes the day before and everything was ready to go at 9am the next morning as promised. The check in process took less than 10 minutes and was hassle free. I also mistakenly left my phone on the bike during check out and was promptly emailed about this when the staff found it. I highly recommend renting from Detours de Loire :)

During our vacation we rented 3 bikes in July at Detours de Loire in Tours. The service was excellent. We could receive the bikes the day before and returned the bikes before the end of next day. Had a great day of cycling along the La Cler and La Loire river. Pleasant service (like we had in Blois the year before).
