eBike Chamonix

We had a fantastic experience with the mountain e-bike service today! As a family of four with kids aged 9 and 7, staff very friendly and suggestion of a trailer for our youngest was perfect and fun. The e-bikes were in great condition, easy to use, and we were provided with helmets and gloves, which made our trip safer and more enjoyable. The user-friendly app was a breeze to use. We chose the F e-bike trail along the river, and the stunning views were a highlight. Highly recommended for families with younger children!

We had the best 2 days - the bike hire was fantastic - defo go for the full suspension bikes - they make all the difference. We had a guide - Bruno - so helpful , interesting and told us about the valley. He particularly helped me down the tricky parts , giving advice and made me feel more confident. I would book again without a doubt.

So much fun. Took all the struggle out of biking and made going uphill more fun than going downhill. Loved it!

I’ve rented bikes from ebike cham twice already and had a great experience every time; the bikes are excellent and well maintained and the battery lasts a long time. We also took Nathan as a guide who is very friendly and professional, he took us on some amazing routes. Highly recommend taking a guide, it’s well worth it.
