We had a GREAT experience renting e-bikes here today. The bikes were in excellent condition and the staff were knowledgeable, kind, and flexible about return time. They even had great gear for the 18 month old baby in our group. The pricing was also the best we found in the area. Highly recommend!

Amazing! Having the cargo bike meant we could explore with our dog. Service was excellent, with clear explanations and advice. Bikes were high quality and fun to ride. I’d highly recommended hiring bikes here. Hopefully we will return.

We had a great experience with our bike rental. We rented a cargo bike for our 3 year old and 9 month old. They have a baby seat that can be attached to the bike and our girls loved it. With the electric bikes we had no problem touring the whole like. This day with the bikes was definitely a highlight of our trip. We highly recommend for families outings.

Hired a long tail electric cargo bike for 6 days for a 1y/o and an 8y/o. Booked it a month or so before coming and I think it was something like €150. Communication in advance was good (Google translate helped as it was all in french). Pickup was easy and the assistant spoke good English and even gave me a 2nd battery for free to use. The bike itself was good and although I'd used e bikes before, having 2 children on the back with one was a new experience but the bike had enough oomph to get up anything (700+W) Drop off was good too with a nice assistant who spoke excellent English. Used the bike mainly for short trips with the children but also a couple of longer trips (15 miles or so) along the Annecy voie verte which is absolutely top notch. When I come back to Annecy with the family I'll be sure to rent from here again. The ONLY advice I'd give is to have a look at your delivery charges. I'm sure it quoted something like €140 to drop it off and pick it up from our campsite 5km away. Be sensible.
