To guarantee you the best possible experience, our bikes are serviced and overhauled after each return from a rando; your safety is our priority: transmission and brakes are regularly serviced by mechanics at the Giant Store in Montluçon.

I have been working as a food delivery driver for almost a year now... This is my first month renting from VelyVelo and I have to say the difference in both driving experience and customer service is NIGHT AND DAY. I initially rented a bike from Swapfiets due to their proximity to my work area, but both the bike (very flimsy) and the prejudice of some of their customer service reps towards delivery drivers turned me off the brand. I had just given up on renting from Zoomo and was about to explore other options when I got a call from VelyVelo informing me an e-bike was finally available. The bike is perfect. A few scratches here and there but otherwise runs perfectly from a mechanical standpoint and has a really decent battery. Great for going uphill in downtown Paris especially. The staff was miles ahead of any other brand in terms of service and friendliness. Really great people with a positive attitude, and none of them look down on people working in the delivery industry which is apparently very common in other bike rental companies in Paris. I especially want to thank Isham and Mosa who guided me through the technical aspects of the bike and the details of the contract, altough I have to say everyone was great... Another point which may seem irrelevant but the store is correctly sized and you won't have to struggle if you need to do some servicing or adjustments, unlike Zoomo or Swapfiets who have stores in Paris which are cramped, frustrating, and will make you feel like you have no value as a customer. All around great experience and I'm glad I decided on this brand after a colleague recommended it to me...
