Genèveroule est une association à but non lucratif qui s’engage pour la promotion de la mobilité douce tout en proposant des prestations d'insertion socioprofessionnelle. An ecological service that operates all year round, with people attentive to needs. Very proactive and friendly, caddy service allows me to do my shopping without worrying about the weight of my bags! Very practical! :)

I have been using the services of Caddy service since August 2022 for my mother who is 84 years old and cannot travel and am overall satisfied with the service, HOWEVER, A BIG GAP TARNISHES THE PICTURE AND DISTURBS ME STRONGLY Since August 25, 2022, I have repeatedly requested a monthly statement of our account with Caddy service so as not to find myself with a zero balance. It is clear that despite repeated promises, to date (November 6, 2022) I have still received nothing and am unable to view the available balance. I’M LOSTING PATIENCE!!!! It’s even more of a shame! because I totally agree with their approach. Hoping that this message will result in a positive outcome for my request. Thank you to the team who heard my request and the next day I finally received the requested statements. Hoping I receive the following ones as promised. I no longer have any complaints and have changed the rating from 2 to 4.
