I rented the Trek Checkpoint gravel bike from Geneva Cycling for a just under a week and had the best experience. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. Bruno and James were absolutely fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful. At very short notice they were able to arrange, set-up and deliver the bike to my apartment in Geneva. The bike was in fantastic condition and set-up all ready for me. James also kindly provided me with great recommendations for cycling around Geneva. I had to change the day of pick up of my bike at last minute too and again the guys were great and super accommodating. Super service from super guys. Had a great experience renting two bikes in mid-July. The web platform was easy to use and the communication was excellent. We were easily able to adjust our reservation when better-suited bikes came available. Rental fees were affordable and the bikes were in excellent condition. We would not hesitate to rent from them again next time we are in the region!
