Amazing customer service! On day 2 of my holiday my e-bike wouldn't turn on. It was very busy in the shop, but the staff still took the time to have a quick look and diagnose the issue. Thankfully it was an easy fix and it was just the button battery that needed replacing rather than the actual bike battery. They didn't have any in stock but directed me to the nearest shop that had them. I brought it back to them and they replaced it immediately so I didn't loose a day on my bike holiday! They didn't even charge me for their time, so other than the battery (which I bought elsewhere) they sorted me out for free! They so could have easily turned me away or made me wait to book an actual slot in their workshop, but by just giving me a bit of time then and there, they were able to diagnose the issue quickly and thankfully it was a quick fix so was sorted immediately. Definitely recommend these guys.

Friends and I rented three Specialized Enduro bikes for 3 days. We had pre-booked. Everything went smoothly (including their perfect English!) and the bikes were ready for us. They setup the forks pressures and even swapped the brake levers (for UK setup). They were so helpful and friendly and when I needed brake pads during the trip they swapped over for new ones immediately. Can't rate highly enough.

This is the place to hire a bike in PDS. Friendly and helpful shop with a well maintained fleet. They even provide a daily service when hiring for multiple days. Merci!
