I had a good experience here! Had some problems while on tour and the mechanic was very friendly and helpful, and spoke great English. He didn't have all the parts I needed but got my rotor bent back into shape and new pads installed for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Tres bon accueille. We was traveling by bike. They helped us. We was in a difficult ad frustrating situation and They gave us a new crank amd immidiately helped and fixed the problem.

Mon vélo Giant a présenté un défaut un peu plus de 2 ans après l’achat et malgré peu d’utilisation. Bien que la garantie soit dépassée, giant Thionville a procédé à une réparation (en moins d’une semaine!) sans aucun frais, et avec le sourire ! Vous pouvez acheter les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas seuls en cas de problème.
