I brought in my (high end) bike to have some new transmission parts installed. Perfect and very quick service, both the guys are very professional and polite. They are also English speakers, and it is nice for me since I just moved in town. I highly recommend this atelier!

Brought my bike to adjust some of the bolts to the correct torque after flying with it in a box. They were super friendly, fixed it right away and I didn't even have to pay for it. Super shop!

Awesome shop! They solved a terrible creaking noise on my bike and I can enjoy the rest of my visit with quiet rides. I can't thank them enough.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Jean Michel Velo was a lifesaver. I was able to conquer Alpe d'Huez, Mt Ventoux, and many other rides thanks to them. My bike had many issues, and one by one, they did everything right to get me riding. Honestly, they went the extra mile.
