Fresh Huitres, langustines, moules etc cooked and prepared from the producer! Everything was delicious, fresh and at very good prices! We tried their No2 Huitres, the Huitres farci, their mouclade and their langustines flambéed with Cognac! Each plate was served with a glass of local wine and Poitou Charente big butter! Service from the owner was very good also!
