Very easy booking process. 40€ for a full day rental of a modern e-bike is very fair. Fast responding from the service mail/phone made the experience even better. Great concept. Would I use Le Vélo Libre again? Without any doubt.

We had a lovely day riding around Colmar, thanks to Le Velo Libre. The reservation process was easy, great instructions to actually get in and pick up the bike and return. The maps were so handy. Highly highly recommend

Easy to arrange and convenient pick up point. Good quality eBike made for a very enjoyable day cycling around the Alsace vineyards. We did 50 km and used barely 20% of the battery. I would echo the point made about the front basket. I initially ordered a pannier until I realised that each bike had a large fron basket. My only negative point (hence 4/5 stars) would be the length of time taken to refund the deposit which, at 14 days, seems excessive.
