Brian was very helpful when we picked up the bikes. They were the best bikes that we have ever hired and went really well. We also hired panniers for our week cycling around the Bordeaux region. We Will certainly recommend this company to friends and family.

Highly recommend Esprit Cycles Bordeaux. Friendly, patient and cares for their customers. Shop is cool and has some awesome bikes on display. I took my Brompton there to buy a couple of upgrades. Didn't expect them to have exactly what I was after and certainly wasn't expecting the installation to be offered there and then, 30minutes before shop closure!! I didn't catch his name, but the guy who runs it was really great & definitely lives by a high level of customer service 100% &

Polite, efficient service. The only shop we found to be open at 9am on Mondays in Bordeaux. Super hybrid bikes which were well maintained . Cannot recommend Esprit Bikes enough.

I've rented bikes across the United States and Europe and have to say, this has been one of my best experiences yet. The bikes were in great shape and the staff was super friendly. I got a flat riding out to Saint Emilion and was 40 minutes late in returning the bike; they were nothing but kind and understanding when other rental agencies I've used would've 1) gone home without me and left me to fend for myself, 2) been jerks, and/or 3) charged me an exorbitant fee. I'll undoubtedly rent from them again next time I'm in Bordeaux.
