Bike dropped off in 2 o2feel approved stores with high invoice each time and unresolved problem. I dropped it off at Vélo Horizon, they fixed the problem in 1 week for €30... What more can I say...

Lots of choice and quality electric bikes in this store. I am delighted with mine (A Grenoble model Gazelle) The service is impeccable, the staff is very professional and attentive. The deadline for delivery of my bike was well respected, When handing over the bike, the staff takes the time to show you the features before letting you leave. It's just perfect. Thanks again
