We are traveling by bike and had issues with both bikes (bicycle stand loose and on the other bike a broken spoke). They supported us with tools and repaired the broken spoke within 30 minutes for a very fair price). We bought some additional equipment and several employees supported and adviced us very nicely. Nothing to complain, very good experience. 5+ Stars 🤘
