Jusqu'au 31 mars, pour toute réparation sur un vélo, jusqu’à 50€ HT vous n’aurez à débourser que la TVA! (10€ pour une réparation de 50€ HT)
C’est nous qui recouvrerons la somme auprès de l’organisme de l’état chargé de nous indemniser. 😇
Si les réparations dépassent le montant de 50€, vous n’aurez que la différence et la TVA à régler !
Le dispositif est valable pour des réparations, pièces et main d'oeuvre mais pas sur la pose d'accessoires (garde boue et porte bagage par exemple ne sont pas couverts)

We had finished a long bike tour and needed a couple of cardboard bike boxes to pack up the bikes for the flight home. Cycle Chic were the only shop in Lyon which did so and which generously kept two boxes, nicely folded for easy carrying. The guys there were super helpful to other foreign guests, so if you need to rent or buy, try them first please

Many thanks! I came unexpectedly with a tensioner stuck in my rear wheel, and one of the salesmen very kindly took the time to help me and repair the damage, without charging anything and with great sympathy. Quality service

Top notch welcome and service! I stopped by without an appointment after losing a screw on the road and they replaced it straight away with some useful advice on my front light as a bonus. Thanks again 🙏
