Mercure Bordeaux Lac

Rooms were daily cleaned, the staff even supplied us extra towels when asked since I had two children. They were extremely nice. I loved the friendliness of the reception, the young girl and the gentleman were very helpful. On our arrival, the baby cot was not sufficiently prepared but it was immediately fixed when asked. The breakfast was the best even if I didn't really like the soggy eggs. Other than that, there was a lot of options even fresh orange which I was glad for but the juicer didnot work properly and at times broken. The staff continuously replenished the food and were courteous. This is my second stay and it is my preferred hotel. Oh, the tram is next to the hotel and there is a shopping centre in few stops. A

Nice hotel. We arrived very late as our flight was delayed, a big thank you to night receptionist Thomas who was very welcoming and friendly even in the middle of the night. Good staff overall. Rooms seem a bit old but are comfortable, especially the beds. Air conditioning was not working very well but was just cold enough. The swimming pool and the garden are a big plus, our kids loved it there! We’ll be back!
