On tour and the bikes have been used well on previous tours before being boxed and stored with no maintenance. They need some work. We stopped in Tuesday morning and they took us both in. Trued a wobbly wheel, adjusted shifters/derailleurs and got us going in short order. Price was super inexpensive. Definitely recommend this shop.

Brilliant place we had a disintegrated bottom bracket, emailed forward to explain the problem. Immediate reply to say “no worries” bring it in. It was “no worries” and they also sorted out the creak on my bike. Hooray. What super service. Thank you .

Similar to other review - I was on a cycling holiday and popped a spoke. I swung in here and they could not have been more helpful - quickly removed the broken spoke and checked things over before sending me happily on my way ... amazingly all of this free of charge ! Many thanks. Highly recommended.

Over on a cycling holiday, a broken spoke was about to put a damper on my weekend....Popped over to this shop to be told he would not be able to assist as he was on his own for the day. My quivering bottom lip and tears rolling down my cheeks must have done the trick because a few minutes later another chap turned up (A phone call made?) and my wheel was restored. He then proceeded to help out another couple of club mates with a cheery disposition which given the fact it was possibly his day off on a bank holiday weekend was highly commendable. Some stunning bikes in this shop to ogle at.
