While riding the Francette bike with a friend, under unfavorable weather conditions, our brake pads were ground in 24 hours. We arrived unexpectedly at this beautiful store and at short notice our bikes were taken care of. The technician, very professional, replaced the faulty equipment and adjusted everything carefully. In addition we were offered a coffee. Great services, super friendly welcome, in short a bike store just the way we like them.
